Connor came in diagnosed the problem ordered. The part part was lost at the post office. I drove over there got the part. Your app does not work very well and trying to get a hold of people. I was trying to let them know. The part was not here yet your app does not do that. You need to add more options for your app to keep in communication. He would've wasted his trip if I hadn't gone to the post office to see why it wasn't delivered to my house. There was no way for me to track the shipment on the app like the app says I can that is a fallacy both Connor and I try to do it.
