Corn and assistants outstanding
Service tech are outstanding. Only complaint is this repair service started in November 2025 and was rescheduled six time by AI. Received Part was sitting on Dryer since December 2025. Difficult to get AI online does not address this issue and rescheduling is always 2 weeks delay.

The workers that come to our home are excellent and get the job completed. The human beings that we have opportunity to speak with on the phone help us to resolve the issue and clear up what is needed, including setting appointments. Those "ITs" (A1) cause such a frustration and definite inaccuracy and would be great if the Sears Home Services could give needed jobs to humans for us humans to be able to talk to. Probably the biggest problem with sharing this experience is that an "IT" will read it; the human needing to evaluate and make some very important changes will not even read it. I am so grateful for the excellent worker (a human) that fixed my dryer.....very skilled.....VERY thankful for that.

Very nice man and conscientious. Drove a long way to fix to my dishwasher. The part ordered sent wrong parts but he was able to fix it anyway.

Service alerts the day before by text, and able to reschedule by text as well. Service time alert the day of service and a phone call from Lewis Letting me know, he was on his way, Right on time! Lewis, was very professional, kind and knowledgeable! We so appreciated his help!
