Although it was a bit disconcerting that the whole repair took so long forcing me to out of necessity go to a laundromat as towels and sheets piled up waiting to be washed, eventually the repair was completed after diagnosis determined the problem Feb 4, and parts were ordered. The installation of new parts on Feb. 16 was successful and satisfactory. FJZ

Wayne is awesome! He goes above and beyond each visit. Unfortunately, we have an aging refrigerator and we have seen him quite a bit lately. Thank heavens we got the home warranty.

Paul was great- effective, efficient, pleasant. It would be very useful if the time frame for an appointment could be narrowed down, even a little-- 8am to 5pm means you must plan to lose an entire day, and no idea if the tech will arrive at 8:01am or 4:45pm. Even if it were 8-12/1-5 slots that would help.
