Quick and thorough fix!
Lito arrived and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He was very detailed with his explanation of the issue and our options for repair. He was professional, thorough and got the job done!

CoreyK was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he knew his job. He was the 3rd repairman to come to check my refrigerator, since 2/6/26. The second one was from Sears, he actually completed the job and had done nothing but said he was ordering parts, that was 2/11/26. Oh but CoreyK came he asked what the problem was, went outside came back in with his tools and testers, explained to me what the problem was and the parts he was ordering, that was on 2/18/26. On 2/20/26 the part were delivered, on 2/21/26 CoreyK came and put the parts on and my refrigerator is now working again. Sears has a jewel, very knowledgeable and professional. CoreyK you are AWESOME 👏 😎

John did good work -- although we elected not to proceed with repair because of the cost. One disappointment and one reason we did not have the repair done was that the exhaust hose from the dryer needed cleaning and John said Sears Home Services could not touch the hose. The dryer could not function well without the hose being cleaned. So we ended up buying a new dryer and the installer put in a new hose.

Joseph was very polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem but was unfortunately unable to fix the problem as my range is old and parts are no longer available. I'm sure that had he been able, he would have fixed it.

Respectful, positive attitude, introducing himself and he worked for Sears and was here to work on dishwasher. Got to work with putting protective flooring before he started checking our dishwasher. Michael was polite as he asked what the problem was and as he worked with coworkers on the phone. Then shared the outcome that we would be getting anew Dishwasher.
