We so appreciated the professionalism, the communication, the on-time appearance, and the expertise of Salvador. He was able to diagnose the problem for a happy ending on our dryer. I liked the privacy of the payment procedure but it wasn't easy to follow and it didn't show my payment for Sal to close out without contacting his office. (However my credit card showed the debit.) I still haven't been able to see an invoice for the repair. Not Salvador's issue. This is something the office needs to figure out. I give Salvador the highest rating possible!

Reported the problem. They assigned Mark C to come and review it. Marc arrived and determined the necessary parts to replace. Parts were ordered and received within 2 days. Mark returned and fix the problem in a couple of hours. Washer is working great! Thank you all for an excellent job. Jorge D.

David from Sears provided outstanding service. He fixed my washing machine very quickly and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
