Sears scheduling service poor. They have switched to all AI, no live people to speak with anymore. Did not receive service updates, took two appointments and two days of missed work to get repair complete. One appointment no show, 2nd appointment thankfully Carlos was on the job and got the washer working!

Technician knows his work. Not too happy as to how long it took company to stay on top in finding the parts. Was without a major appliance close to two months. Company needs to know how important the appliance is very essential to the household.
