Although it was a bit disconcerting that the whole repair took so long forcing me to out of necessity go to a laundromat as towels and sheets piled up waiting to be washed, eventually the repair was completed after diagnosis determined the problem Feb 4, and parts were ordered. The installation of new parts on Feb. 16 was successful and satisfactory. FJZ
