Very Positive Experience with Sear Protection

Respectful, positive attitude, introducing himself and he worked for Sears and was here to work on dishwasher. Got to work with putting protective flooring before he started checking our dishwasher. Michael was polite as he asked what the problem was and as he worked with coworkers on the phone. Then shared the outcome that we would be getting anew Dishwasher.

Anthony did a great job repairing my refrigerator. He was very kind, polite, and professional throughout the visit. He also had a partner with him who appeared to be in training, and he handled the teaching process in a patient and respectful way, which I appreciated. I was honestly worried that, because of the age of my appliance, it wouldn't be repairable and I might need to replace it. Anthony took the time to properly assess the issue, ordered the necessary part, and returned to complete the repair. I'm happy to say my refrigerator is now working perfectly again. The only small feedback I would offer is that shoe covers weren't used when entering the home, and it was raining outside, so the floors got a bit dirty. It wasn't a major issue for me at the time, but it would be a nice touch for future visits. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Anthony for appliance repair.

We had the water pump go out on our 2017 (nine years old) Kenmore front load washer. After watching a few videos, we chose to not tackle this repair on our own. Total for repair was just under $500. Dom, the technician was professional, personable, and informative. My husband stuck around to watch the process and was happy he did not tackle the job himself.

the timing was good for the appointment. the tech did quick work at replacing the parts needed. The previous tech was very good. he checked everything out, took his time and was so very polite. I just Sears would offer having your appliances checked and cleaned if needed like I have had before at a fair price.
