Francisco was right on time and told him what the issue was and he was right on it!! Just needed the head of the agitator cleaned out!!! Great experience!! Will use them again!!

Isaac was a fabulous tech. He kept me aware of his ETA, and he has decades of experience. He walked me through all of the diagnostics and explained which parts were wearing out from our 15-year+ washing machine. He also let me know that 1 of parts was discontinued, which made a repair not possible. Isaac gave me great recommendations for a new washing machine, and he shared that a new washer is less expensive than the repair (if the parts still existed. He's a true expert and very honest!
