David from Sears provided outstanding service. He fixed my washing machine very quickly and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Joshua arrived on time with a delightful attitude toward helping. He diagnosed the problem quickly with very little disruption to my kitchen. Sadly out 25 yr old fridge wasn't worth the repair. Joshua cleaned up and was on his way. Very nice young man.
