Joanna figured out how to use the timer functions even though they were never explained in the user's manual. The repair visit would have never been necessary if the documentation would have been clear. The user's manual was, by far, the worst I have ever encountered for any appliance I have ever owned. Also, there is no excuse for a customer being unable to speak to a live person in reporting trouble. I'll never do business with Kenmore again and strongly recommend to my friends and family to avoid doing business with Kenmore/Sears in the future.

Sears Home Services repair workers are very good. Brandon W. really stuck in there and was finally able to get my dry working again. I must admit that I do not care for the very poor AI driven contact center. Talking to an AI is useless, Sears used to be top notch for contact service; noy not so much.
