Isaac is a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly technician. He is experienced with a lot of different washer and dryer models. He fixed our issue promptly. I wish we could get Isaac every time! Consider it yourself lucky if you get assigned Isaac.

I was so glad to see Justin yesterday. It has taken 3 months to have my refrigerator repaired. Justin finished the job well. All of the technicians have been great. It's just been all the no shows supposedly scheduled that have not shown up or Sears has redirected that have been exhausting to me.

George was amazing and even fixed an additional problem with the rubber seal around our freezer. Very personable and professional. If I could I would have given him a 10. 👏 If we ever require service again, I will definitely ask for George or Hector to service our refridgerator. 😃 In addition, Hector was the first technician to come and find out the problem with our ice maker.
