I honestly don't like having to deal with AI virtual robots. I'd rather speak with a live person because at times you are not able to get the parts on a timely basis and we are left as consumers with apologies and excuses time of the time.

Duane was very polite and informative about the issue. Unfortunately he was sent the incorrect parts to complete the repair. I am govi g him a good review but I am very unhappy with Sears.

Brandon was excelent, but the service with Sears is really terrible, it took over a month for a technician to show up after they ordered the parts for my washing machine to install them. They made 5 appointments and never show up. Very unreliable. We've been clients for more than 20 years and we are very disappointed. Not reliable at all!!
