I'm impressed by the quick appointment and shipment of the part. However, I do thing it is a bad design flaw that a broken latch will cause a circuit breaker to trip.

Avarie is a outstanding technician. He went above and beyond to make sure we would get our refrigerator running again. He came twice to our home. The first time he diagnosed the problem, ordered parts needed & we received them in 2 days. Unfortunately, it took Sears another 2 weeks to send someone out here. Insisting I still needed another part. I hope now my refrigerator continues to run. Today is 2 months exactly since the problem started. Thanks to Jade & Mark helping to get a quicker appointment to get this all resolved.
