From start to finish, including communications, Huston was a 10 compared to the previous tech's performance which I would give a one or less – Paul. In fact, I requested he not return. Huston completed the work in a timely fashion and explained everything he was doing and even helped me clean some of the surfaces when he had the washer apart. I hope to plan to request him for all future Appliance work. 10 out of 10, overall.

After using the AI scheduler and sending all the info including photos, Dwight, the human, comes to the house and he has no idea what part is needed and never saw the photos I sent to the AI "being". SO, he had to order the part and wait for it to arrive at our house then return to install the part. How this saves money and time, I have no idea! Dwight was great just wish I only had to wait around for him for one day vs. two!
