???Your technician was here to install the ordered parts
Nicholas completed the job without a problem. Sears is lucky to have him as one of their technicians! I told him his attitude and work ethics reminded me of the technicians who serviced my appliances under the Maintenance Agreement Plan I had for many many years! It's too bad the company replaced that Maintenance plan last July 31…and I had no choice but to take the current plan which is NOT as comprehensive as my former plan!

Technician was curtious and well versed in in his job. He worked quickly and repaired it efficiently. However having to deal with AI in paying the Bill was a pain. It took 3 times to pay it, AI hung up and called back when I wasnt quick enough with the charge card after the second time. I would prefer tp deal with a real person.
