Ronald came to diagnose a dead clothes dryer a week and a half ago.  He is  very efficient and knew exactly what to look for.  He diagnosed the problem,  ordered the part and returned today to install it.  Also, checked all aspects of the machine.   He went about his work with a very pleasant manner.

Water was iced over on the bottom of the freezer. He had to remove the back panel inside of the freezer to clean up and fix the build up.   He also told me that there was water on the door and what to do about that.

Brian is cool guy ... the thing what frustrates me is that I've been reschedule 6th time and Brian came today finally and got it fixed.. also another frustration is the AI system I hate it.. Thank you..

Mark did a great job repairing the broken on/off knob on my Kenmore A/C.  He then confirmed that it was running well with no other repair required.
