IGNACIO IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE/HONEST/HAS INTEGRITY AT HIS JOB. WE HAVE HAD HIM THROUGH OUT THE MANY YEARS HE HAS BEEN REPAIRING OUR APPLIANCES/TREADMILL. HE IS A VERY VALUED EMPLOYEE. NEED TO HAVE MORE OF HIM WITH YOUR CREW.

Jonathan was very professional. He was respectful of my home by putting down cardboard to protect the hardwood floors and asked if he needed to wear she covers. Everything was put back in place when the work was complete and area was clean. The service took less than 30 mins and there were no issues. Great service and would recommend again.

Eric was exceptional. He went above and beyond in cleaning and inspecting my refrigerator. He explained Sear's Home Warranty in depth and the value of an older appliance. He is an asset to Sears and I would not hesitate to ask for his help in the future,
