We had to have 3 different service calls over almost 4 weeks to finally be told the part for repair of our wine Refrig was not available any longer. I paid $514 for the repair. Two times the same wrong part was sent. Each time I had to wait for the tech to come again before I could tell anyone. The AI is useless and there is no email or text locations available. Now they want to charge me for an addition 1/2 service fee, Refund 514 less $68.50. It is ridiculous. This should not be charged and I should get full refund for the repair. I had already paid $129 for a service call to evaluate. It should have been found on that first call that the part was no longer available. At the 3rd call Jose finally dug deep enough in Sears' parts system to find this. So sad.

Communication on estimated repairman arrival time worked out great. Turned out that this repair was a very simple fix, but I would never have guessed the repair involved removing a port plug in the garbage disposal where the dishwasher was supposed to drain - something that was not properly done by the recent installer of the garbage disposal. The dishwasher repairman, Bruce, correctly diagnosed the problem almost within seconds of arrival at our house.
