Shane, was arrived on schedule and went about his evaluation of our dryer with efficiency and was thorough in trying to find the problem. He found no issue with he dryer itself, but found that the dryer hose probably need to be cleaned. And he made a recommendation of what businesses offer this service. We are very grateful to have made his acquaintance and would highly recommend his service to our family and friends.

Simeon was best part of our experience with Sears. Your AI structure is abominable. Numerous texts phone calls and emails. Offering time slots numerous times only to be told numerous times that time has already been taken. Over 40 days to complete repair. That's unacceptable the human experience is great... Ai is not.
