His service was fine and totally better than the prior service tech who can 2x and did nothing for my issue. My problem is with your Sears policy and no replacement for my washer. When my service contracts for both my homes come up for renewal I will not be renewing because Sears is not the company they were in the past!! I have been a Sears customer for 50+ years - NO LONGER - and I will pass that on to all I know - stay away from SEARS!!
