Sears Washer Repair
Dino was knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond what could have been done. It would be better to have fewer communications before the service. I did not need to be reminded of the upcoming service more than once.

Jules was great. First, there was an issue with my warranty, he took care of it so my washer could be fixed. He took his time. He actually listened to the noises the washer was making and knew exactly what the problem was. Made sure it was working before he left. He was fantastic.
