Unfortunately, Charlie was covering for the original technician that was assigned to us between 8AM and noon arrival. Charlie received our house call after noon, but arrived at 1:30. Charlie was able to determine the failed part within minutes, but had to order the part. Based on the quoted cost, we declined the repair and looking to replace the clothes washer.
