Brandon was excelent, but the service with Sears is really terrible, it took over a month for a technician to show up after they ordered the parts for my washing machine to install them. They made 5 appointments and never show up. Very unreliable. We've been clients for more than 20 years and we are very disappointed. Not reliable at all!!

Humayoun and his assistant were on time, polite and got right down to business inspection my washing machine. Unfortunately the repair cost was beyond the value of the machine. He gave me honest information - that a new machine would be best. I recommend the Sears Service program they have helped me with all my appliances.
