He solved a persistent oven heating issue that had been a complete mystery for far too long—my oven wouldn't hold temperature unless the door was cracked open. Within no time, Tim pinpointed the problem, overnighted the part, and had it resolved. What truly stood out was his calm, friendly demeanor and clear professionalism. He made the entire process effortless, even taking the extra step to handle the install booking details for me. In my opinion, this was a top-drawer customer service experience from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased and will be singing Sears Home Appliance Repair's praises to my friends and family.

The service on my refrigerator has been going on for 8 months! Imagine not having a refrigerator thru the holidays and all the other days in between! Total nightmare! Between AI canceling appointments, 3 times the company shipping defective parts, to them kicking the proverbial can down the road I am still without a working refrigerator. NEVER PURCHASE THE SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENT! It is a shame!
