David was great. BUT the whole experience trying to set up was terrible 0 stars. Ai only no one to talk to. I've had repair men out to my house 8 times in 4yrs. I've had my washer rebuilt with new parts. The quality of Kenmore is garbage and the service of Sears is nil. It's no wonder why this great company is gone. It's like they figured out the worst way to run a company and said hold my beer we can do it worst. In all I waited close to 2 months to have my washer repaired. It's took 4 canceled/ no show apt to even get a repair man. With 8-5 window is ridiculous. Then after he showed up after 5 the tech hurried to "fix"the problem which didn't. Then another few weeks to get David to come out and diagnose the problem. Then a few weeks to get the parts. Cause yall sent it to the wrong address. Then another 3 weeks to get him to come. 1 week he came on the wrong day. No one was home reschedule to another day. I took off of work. No show tech. Then finally he came took 1 hour to fix and it works great. For how long, no clue. My 5 year warranty is up in November. I know what's it breaks again I WILL NEVER BUY A KENMORE OR USE SEARS AND I WILL SING TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL TO STOP ANYONE ELSE FROM PURCHASING ONE AS WELL

Terry has been here before to troubleshoot our 20-year-old washer, but we had to get a new one. He made recommendations. I scheduled a service call for my 20-year-old Kenmore dryer that wasn't heating. We were able to put a new heating element in it instead of buying a new dryer. Hopefully, I'll get a few more years out of the dryer. Terry is knowledgeable and courtesy.

it took awhile to finally get the fridge going again. seems to be working fine. took 3 months to get to this point but KAREN WAS WORKING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. FINALLY ON FRIDAY, I HEARD HER YELL OUT, YES, AND IT STARTING WORKING. She never gave up.
