I had at least 3 phone calls telling me about my impending appointment. And then, I received a call from a real person was trying to sell me a home warranty plan. I told that lady several times that I wasn't interested and she kept pushing. Kyle seemed a bit confused about why she was calling to talk with me as he seemed to think that was his job.

Steve is fast and professional Very much dislike the AI program. I prefer to talk to a human. I can't do anything through AI. It just takes you in a circle. Plus the arrival time information is wrong.And does not update correctly.
