Matt provided great service with our ice maker (freezer). He communicated everything throughout the whole service. Once he completed the fix, he made sure that everything worked prior to leaving. Would highly reccomend him as a technician.

The technician from Sears home services was excellent. Although I did not have a specific time, the company kept me up-to-date about a approximate time which was fairly accurate.. The technician was thorough and professional, and and tested any possible reason for the leakage event from my top loading washing machine he explained what he was doing and thinking, and I learned a lot from his explanations he was able to fix the problem at the time of his visit.
