Kevin is experienced and knowledgeable and tried to repair the washer, but it was too old and too many parts were broken or rusted. He was fine. The washer was not.

Fixed quickly. Only problem is I mentioned to the person that took the information to set up the program that nobody would be home till after three they said no problem. The technician will call you an hour before which never happens. They call that they're on their way luckily my husband was nearby and went back home. That needs to be better communication that's not the service person. That's the way y'all handle the system.

Roy quickly found the problem with my 9 year old Kenmore washer. He explained what would need to be done to fix the leaking bearing and the cost. He recommended a new washer and a list he recommended along with recommending getting a 3 year warranty. I got my new washer the next day and is working great. I am am letting others at work to get Roy for their next washer repair.
