Communication on estimated repairman arrival time worked out great. Turned out that this repair was a very simple fix, but I would never have guessed the repair involved removing a port plug in the garbage disposal where the dishwasher was supposed to drain - something that was not properly done by the recent installer of the garbage disposal. The dishwasher repairman, Bruce, correctly diagnosed the problem almost within seconds of arrival at our house.

He is a highly professional technician who is well-versed not only in the mechanics and components—but also in the actual operation—of the system (in this case, the refrigerator). Furthermore, he explained to me how to file claims online and how to obtain better service from Sears. For this reason, I believe I will continue to maintain my service contract with Sears Home Services for my electrical appliances.
