Rudy was patient, systematic and thorough in working through the possible reasons for lack of heating in our clothes dryer, checking connectivity and operation in different parts of the system as he went along. I had imagined the issue was the electrical igniter, but it turned out to be the timer dial, which wasn't signaling the igniter. He was then able to give me a carefully prepared quote for the cost of replacing it.

Marshall was a very knowledgeable technician. He fixed our refrigerator and explained everything and taught us all about how everything worked. He was wonderful to talk to and very personable. I am glad he was our service tech. We would ask for him again.

We had to have 3 different service calls over almost 4 weeks to finally be told the part for repair of our wine Refrig was not available any longer. I paid $514 for the repair. Two times the same wrong part was sent. Each time I had to wait for the tech to come again before I could tell anyone. The AI is useless and there is no email or text locations available. Now they want to charge me for an addition 1/2 service fee, Refund 514 less $68.50. It is ridiculous. This should not be charged and I should get full refund for the repair. I had already paid $129 for a service call to evaluate. It should have been found on that first call that the part was no longer available. At the 3rd call Jose finally dug deep enough in Sears' parts system to find this. So sad.
