Kenmore washing machine problem.
He arrived on schedule, was knowledgeable and checked out the availabilty of the part, which was no longer available. It didn't take a lot of time. He was pleasant.

Excellent. Though delayed in arrival, Victor promptly performed the scheduled repair. He also discovered an additional problem, located the appropriate part in his truck and completed that repair also eliminating the necessity of a second repair appointment. Was courteous and thoroughly cleaned the work site prior to leaving.

Pie making was at a stand still. The ovens performance was sub par, off by 25 degrees for the most part. Tim arrived with his bag of tools and went to work. He pointed out features unbeknown to us and processed several setting maneuvers. Some cleaning and part replacement and we are back in business. Well done Time and Sears. George
