Today's oven/range service provided by Chris was outstanding! He took the time to hear about our concerns and then proceeded to take care of them. So thankful that he took the time to actually take care of the issues instead of telling us that everything was fine. Very happy with today's service experience!!

Steven was extremely polite and very informative. He diagnosed the issue with my stovetop immediately. It was not his fault, but the wrong parts were shipped initially, which delayed my service. As soon as I had the correct parts he rescheduled and arrived on time, made the repair with no mess and was again very polite and adept at his task.
