Terrible Experience
Using Sears was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. One technician did not tell us he was on the way and did not call us when he supposedly rang our doorbell and we did not answer. We rescheduled for the next day for the period 7-11am. When the technician did not arrive timely, Sears told me he was on the way. Bottom line, he never showed. I was told Sears made a mistake. We reschedule for the following Tuesday during a 12-4 window. I received a voicemail confirming the time. The website said the technician would arrive around 1:00. At 9:30am that morning, I received a message that the technician would be at my house shortly after 10am. My wife and I were not home. All of this follows a terrible process that required me to describe my appliance problem and provide the model information at least three times. We will never use Sears again.

Horrible service
Technician could not fix a cooktop after SEARs made three attempts ordered parts and caused damage to my cooktop in a prior visit.

Lousy service by Sears
John called about going to the house to look at the oven, what he did not know is that someone from Sears had been there close to two months ago determined there were some parts needed to fix the oven and that was the end of the communication, No idea if the parts were ever ordered as there never was an update and when calling Sears there is just an automated message which provides no response. What a horrible frustrating experience. Inefficiency at its best

Very poor service
He was very rude , left a mess in my kitchen. My husband was trying to ask him questions and he said he didn't have time to talk , didn't have any knowledge about how to fix the light in the oven, we are having trouble getting the day of week programmed in, the board was not checked, said he didn't have time, to call back in for the light. Also I would prefer a regular Sears man, they are more knowledgeable and not rude, please don't send the contractor , thank you Martha McLeod

Sears service
Repair technician seemed like good guy but service with Sears appliance warrant is terrible. Can't talk to human. I tried to communicate before repair guy came that glass broken. He spent 30 minutes checking on coverage that was denied because cooktop still woring with broken glass top. waste of money on sevice as how do I know broken glasstop isn't [potential hazard or risk to injury. Very disappointed in Sears Service

Incorrect identification of model number and ineffective ser
The service technician incorrectly assessed the part we needed by looking up the model of our microwave which was fine and not our oven which needed servicing. We were charged for a service fee when they didn't identify the correct model and the service wasn't helpful at all. I'm very unhappy with both the service and the inability to diagnose the correct problem when we were expecting professional services.
