Didn't do what we needed
We've been trying to get someone out to install our stove top for weeks. We were referred here, we're assigned a workman, and he showed up knowing that we needed the cooktop installed (I had replied to an Ai chat bot weeks prior indicating as much). When he finally showed up, we were told they don't do installations. Completely wasted our time.

Technician ok, but not experience not
This repair was on a rental and I was not there to observe the technician. However, when I paid for the part and the service he assured me I would receive a receipt, however I haven't received it yet and I am trying to find out how or when I can expect it. I tried to call you but was unable to speak to a live agent, so becasue of this, I must rate your service as not acceptable. That is a reflection on the company, not the technician.

Didn't fix the problem and I paid $800
The technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem and when the control board wasn't the trouble, suggested I needed new relay boards which are not available. I did a little research and there are some other possibilities for why my oven isn't heating, none of which he checked. His solution: go buy a new one. So I'm out $800 and my oven still doesn't work.

Not good at all I was expecting much much better service And solution to the problem because I was the member for 15 year. I'm glad I have terminated.

Buyer beware
Employee fixed the issue with gas cooktop within 30 minutes of arriving. No problems with that part. Then told to "SIGN at the X" on his phone. Told to "sign at the 2nd X", again, without discussion. Not told exactly what I was agreeing to with my Signature. Asked employee "What are my told charges for your work today?" Verbally told one amount and electronically invoice/receipt emailed at a much higher amount. Called employee immediately after he left residence and several other times. Employee did not return any of my phone calls. I will never ever use Sears Home Services for in home repairs of our appliances.

He didn't fix the problem
Had to call and reset the refrigerator and freezer, and will hope it works in 24-48 hours I should receive a reimbursement for the money I spent

Technician
Called for service on 8/7 stamps, AR. Tech came on 8/14. Found needed four parts. Ordered. Be back on 9/11. Earliest appt available. Received a call from Jack can come on 8/28. Wait all day. No show. No call. Called next day and was told appt was cancelled because parts were not in. I received all four parts on 8/16. No one called me to verify parts in or not. Then said I was supposed to call when parts came in. 9/11 came and went. No show. Called the same day and got the biggest nonsense story. Will send tech that night or next day. No show either time. Reason why did not come on 9/11 was not all parts are in. Once again confirmed that all four parts was received on 8/16. No one called to cancel or reschedule or say anything. Tyler finally showed up today 9/25 at 6:00. Left without making sure ovens working. Small oven is still not heating up to set temps. Will continue to use it and confirm that the temperate desired is or isn't being reached. We have 30 days warranty. First notice given that the small oven is still not heating up fast enough and it is not reaching higher temps in 400 degree range. Was told by tech that house number given wasn't working. He was told that a second number my cell number was supplied. He said he didn't have it. Lack of communication between tech and service department.

Replacement of nonworking burner switch on stove top.
A couple of days after he did that the whole stove started malfunctioning. If you turned one switch on , two burners would go on and then if you turned another switch on, it would trip the breaker the whole stove would have no power. So obviously he messed up the wiring in someway.
