Good luck if you want to contact the company about anything. Unable to get a human on the phone. The system hangs up on you. The reschedule appointment feature does not work. I would never call these guys to do my work if it wasn't required by my home warranty. Techs are great though!!

Tech was sent back second time to recheck and do a deep electrical check on stove. He said everything is running fine and no problem with stove and that I just need to give it more time to boil up water The stove is old and no part to the unit anymore.
