Service man here several times for different problems with range. Biggest problem with oven, he figured out was the board first time. His experience is his greatest asset.

William and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. William, the older gentleman was excellent about showing the younger gentleman the ins and outs of the small, but very important details of what they were looking at. Our appliance was a bit older, but a very high-end appliance, and William knew what he was doing 100%. Both of the service men did a five star job!

Dale is a very knowledgeable technician. He knows the machine in and out. He was very punctual and gave me correct time to arrive. He was very courteous too. He ordered parts and came back to replace those. Tested machine to our satisfaction. Great job Dale. Happy holidays.
