Repair visit
Kim was very thorough in his explanation of services. Choice Warranty recommended a settlement for a new appliance, but due to the limited payout, I declined the amount offered for a new stove and I'm waiting to hear back from Choice Home Warranty.

Great service by the Tec when the parts came. Terrible communication from the company. It took 88 days to get parts and we were never told what was happening or when we could see results! We called and asked and were given the run around ever time " their working on getting parts". Could not use the Dishwasher for 3 months 88 days. I think the contract over the years more than paid for a new Dishwasher! Not renewing it ever again!

John came for the 2nd time and was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be considering the initial parts had been sitting at my house for 3 weeks (no fault of his of course). He and a partner replaced one circuit board but it unfortunately did not solve the problem because the main part has been back- ordered for over a month. John was great but not happy with the overall Sears experience.

We had Sears come out and Joanna was able to determine the problem right away. She went to get the part from Reno and came right back. She repaired the switch. She was amazing! Very friendly and professional!

He was on time, efficient and nice. The only negative part is with the warranty portion itself. The entire unit has been replaced one part at a time. The warranty service could have purchased a new cooktop cheaper than parting it out piece by piece. Once again tho, Angel was great!
