Frank was a great technician to work with. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with Sears home services in general and have not been able to get a previous issue resolved. They took hundreds of dollars and never came back to fix my dishwasher. There is no one that you can speak to as everyone is run by AI in there service organization. I would not recommend Sears.

Philip was very helpful and patient in diagnosing an intermittent electronic board failure that of course would not fail during the first 15 minutes of his visit. Ultimately, we were able to recreate the failure at which point Philip immediately started researching options and recommendations. Could not be happier with his services.
