Such a knowledgeable technician
Don is a very professional, and knowledgeable technician. He figured out the problem with our 15-year-old gas range right away, had the part on his truck, and it was fixed in minutes. We couldn't be happier!

The tech was great but I feel sears should have better pricing when only half the job is done for a repair ($400 to $500 for fridge gasket replacement and only one side was changed due more complexity and risk to fridge). Only $50 off felt unfair. As far as repairs, sears has done a great job when we called for repairs.

Tim has been our appliance repair person for at least 10 years. When we call him, we can count on him to figure out the problem and fix it in the most economical way possible. If he can't fix it or it would be cheaper to replace it, we know we can trust him.

Vish was experienced and moved right along fixing the cold water dispenser on the side-by-side refrig/freezer. He was also efficient in checking out the front burner problem on the range top. He clearly knows his job.
