William called me to let me know when he was going to arrive and when he arrived he began to diagnose my problem for the stove top as well as the oven. There was difficulty seeing if the parts would be made available but he stayed until he got answers from my warranty company. I am hopeful that he will be my servicemen when the parts come in. The service call was a wonderful experience and his competence showed when he can make the technical simple for a Layman such as myself.
