Got the job done
I was surprised he did not have the information about the issue with my fridge which I forwarded by email and text. Nonetheless, he fixed the problem with the wire bail not staying up and advised me how to avoid it happening in the future.

Bennie was great. Our plumber said he detected a small gas leak. Bennie came out and spent a good 1/2 hour checking. No gas leak.

Chadwick did what he could. However I explained everything to two people. They did not pass this on to the Chad. If they had and they looked up the part I needed they could have cancelled the service as the full part is not available. The people on the phone are useless.
