Everything did not run smoothly Teddy showed up on time evaluated the oven ordered the part and set up to come back. Another technician showed up but did not have the equipment to install the part. Another appointment was set up Teddy ended coming back to finish the job. Thank goodness

Bob communicated well leading up to the service visit and during the analysis. He let me know the cost for each part, the warranty period, and labor associated with the repair. He shared the option to invest in an old appliance and the warranty on that investment. He also offered to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers - which was totally unnecessary, but very respectful.
