Edward was on time and very courteous Could not find manufacture's ID plate. He looked at stove a told us the warrenty won't do a thing as no plate. I told him the repairman that sold us the house warranty said they would take care of stove. Now they collected $100 for a visit that they knew would not fix anything This Sears warranty service is a total sham

Stewart M. , our Tech, came out promptly and was very knowledgeable about the oven's issues. 5 Stars for him! All parts were ordered correctly and arrived a few days later. Stewart was awesome and got the oven fixed up quickly. The price of parts and labor were ok and better than having to go buy 2 new ovens (we have double ovens).
