Brent quickly diagnosed my problem in his first visit. Ordered the parts; they came right to me. Today he installed, verified everything was working; checked and corrected setting I had accidentally messed up, and made sure I knew what he was correcting. Your org is fortunate to have Brent. Edward was on time and very courteous Could not find manufacture's ID plate. He looked at stove a told us the warrenty won't do a thing as no plate. I told him the repairman that sold us the house warranty said they would take care of stove. Now they collected $100 for a visit that they knew would not fix anything This Sears warranty service is a total sham
