Success
4 visits and every time, the tech comes, does one thing and leaves, saying " give it 48 hours to make ice" 4 visits, 4 failures. This is ridiculous

Technician has visited my home 3 times to repair my Kitchen Aid stand-alone ice maker. He has replaced circuit board and water valve. It still does not make ice. Have asked Sears to schedule another visit.

The reason for the score is simple. After 5 1/2 hours no water has entered the tray to make ice. The water filter is new . From the troubleshooting guide given to me by Paul a missed diagnosis may have occurred. The red light inside the freezer flashes twice pauses then flashes two more times. I have unplugged the refrigerator/freezer twice to reset the control boards but the light continues the same pattern. According to the guide this is controller boards. These lights were flashing the same prior to the replacement of the ice maker. I spent $590.58 for nothing.

Still does not work

Ice machine still not working
Paid over 490.00 And ice machine is not working. Eric replaced the ice machine but no ice is producing what do we do.

Poor timing
Called me in the am to confirm 1-3 arrival. I called him at 4:30 when he had not arrived. We had an 8-5 window which kept me housebound today. I understand jobs run long but knowing I could have gotten some things done would have been nice.

Still not working!
Christopher came in a timely manner, was very polite and did what he thought would work. However the Kitchen aid stand alone ice maker is still not working. Please help us! We have a large family and we need our ice maker to work!

The technician was not qualified to work on my appliance (ice maker). Her never should have been dispatched to this job.

Unclear about payment
After looking at the ice maker for 10 minutes he said he could not fix it because it was a u line brand. When making the apt we were asked what brand and model number of the ice maker. When asked why they accepted the service he said never mind and got in cars to leave. He tried to get me to pay for service with a QR code because the owner wasn't home which he knew and said initially not a problem for payment. They then waited for the owner at her ranch gate and asked for payment. She needed to pay by check and wouldn't accept that. We shady behavior. No hard copy service write up or anything formal like than offering a QR code.

You guys Suck!
Tech never showed up or called on two different occasions. I will never use your services and will recommend to everyone to not do so as well. Very disrespectful! Shame on your poor company!
