Jose gave me an estimate right away on replacing my ice maker. The cost was way out of line in my estimate. Over $600! Jose was a nice man but took a long time inputting my check ( which was also ridiculous) for an estimate. I was left feeling very disappointed.

The person putting in the part was fine. The part ordered the first time was an off brand and cheap and came in broke. Then the right part was ordered and is working fine. It took a month and a half to get a 15 min job scheduled. That is very poor service especially when the wrong and cheap part was ordered .
