Kevin has been to fix our ice maker several times over the past several years. He is always friendly and calls us to tell us about what time to expect him. He lets us know what the problem is and either fixes it right then or orders the necessary parts and comes back promptly to fix.

Abimael rebuilt our ice maker - Thankfully we have a service contract as ALL parts except for the shell have been replace. So on the 5th service call, i hear Ice dropping. He was kind, and tried to fix it - - - YES, it would have been cheaper and Much faster to replace it. Service does not understand the impact on our lives when we have to be home from 8-5.

Kulraj was a fantastic service provider, he checked the problem we were having addressed the issue and swiftly was able to fix the ice maker with a replacement . I rate him with the highest rating 10 if there were a 10. He also represented himself very confident, well organized and put together.

My technician was friendly and really seemed to know how the ice machine should work. He gave his diagnosis and since it had been fixed by Sears once before, I decided it was time for something new. I will use Sears again if I need appliance work .
