My service team member, Kevin, was excellent. He was professional, timely, informative, and friendly. If I had to have service provided by Sears Home Services again I would hope to get Kevin. However; "SERVICE", so called by Sears Home Service is an entity I would never use again, nor would I recommend the company. At no point of the process was I able to talk to a person, express my concerns, discuss my scheduling issues. EVERYTHING is done by computer with NO back and forth communication. I do not call that customer service. I call it one way directive repair(hopefully). My issue was not resolved, and of course I can't talk to any human being about it. The product was THOR, and for the same lack of communicative customer service reasons I would never buy another of their products.

He called ahead then arrived a short time later. He listened carefully as I related the earlier service call. He did a thorough checkout of the system, determined that a defective control circuit board had been installed. He replaced that board and my problem was fixed! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous.

Doug is the best thing going for Sears. He ordered the part and told me he would be back on the 21st. He called this morning and showed up. Whenever I go through your call-center, the contractors never show up and they don't call when I call the call center back. They tell me it'll be another week. They are horrible.
