Kossivi made sure Ice was being made prior to leaving. We had the motherboard replaced and another part. Waited a few months for the motherboard (4 months)

Frank installed a part that had been ordered by another sears technician. However, it did not solve the issue and I have rescheduled a new repair appointment. I hope I get Frank. I think he will be able to find the problem.
