Ice maker repair
I called late afternoon to set up an appointment, and Douglas arrived at 8 a.m. the next morning. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We could not have been happier with the great service.

the service received today was spot on very easy to discuscuss the issues and the fix was done 20 min with instructions for first use maintainer was early like 2 hours which was great gave call well ahead to ensure he could proceed to house was cerdeous.

William did a great job. However, no fault of his, Sears has a horrible reaction time to repairs and no customer service by phone. Continue to get auto system over & over without human response. Reported repair needed in December 2023 and got it fixed March 21, 2024. Also Sears no longer will service their stand alone ice makers.
