Gave me the bad news, in businesslike manner, that the icemaker could not be repaired due to unavailability of replacement parts. Afterward, I had trouble dealing with the automated payment system. Eric patiently worked with my trying to make a balky IT system let me pay with credit card unsuccessfully. Eventually, we decided I needed to pay by check.
